All previously released plushies (Taco, Yin-Yang, Nickel, etc) are all planned to be redesigned and rereleased in the future! Please stay tuned to our social media channels for exact release dates.

This depends on the item. For plushies and figures (such as the Box Plush and Fan Figure) this will likely be the case. Smaller items such as sticker sheets and pins will likely remain tour-exclusive. For specific questions, please reach out to our customer support team.

Vacuum-sealed plushies will inflate and regain their shape within a few hours to a couple of days after being taken out of the packaging. You can help them fluff up faster by gently massaging the stuffing, shaking it, or placing it in a dryer on a low, no-heat setting for about 10–30 minutes.

If your package is within the USA, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If your package is shipped internationally, shipping will typically take up to 7-14 business days. Note that pre-sale orders usually have a 2-4 months of waiting time before they can ship out. Also note that factors outside our control, such as high demand during the holiday season, bad weather, worker strikes, etc., can cause packages to take longer than expected.

All orders without a minimum spend will incur a shipping fee. Shipping fee will depend on your state and country.

We can deliver our products anywhere in the United States. We also ship internationally!

If your order is tagged as unfulfilled, it means the order has not yet shipped or is still under pre-sale orders. Note that pre-sale orders have a 2-4 months of waiting time before they can ship out.

If this happened, your package may have been delivered to the wrong address. Please contact our support team for assistance.

If this happened, our team will need to investigate to figure out the cause. Please contact our support team only if the shipment hasn’t moved for more than 3 days. If the product is lost during shipment, we can issue a refund or reship it.

We frequently split orders into multiple shipments. Sometimes the shipments will arrive at different times. This usually happens when part of your order is out of stock or under pre-sale. We will split the order and ship out what is available in the meantime.

If your order is under pre-sale, shipping will take 2-4 months before the order can be shipped out. We will send a notification once the order has shipped.

If your package hasn't shipped out, you may still request to update your shipping address. If your package has shipped, please contact the shipping courier to reroute it to your address.

Customers may request a return under the following conditions: 1. If you received the correct order but still wish to return it, you may do so. Refunds will be issued for the product price only, and you are responsible for all shipping costs. If the packaging has been opened, items are ineligible for returns. 2. If you received the wrong product, you may request either a refund or a reshipment. 3. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support to resolve the issue. We typically send a refund or a reshipment.
